Our sprockets have a higher resistance against a fatigue and have a longer service life. The feature is that all tooth of sprocket are heated at the same time and have a uniform hardness up to 7 mm from the tooth tip to make it the most stable.

• quenching surface HRC 48-55

• Teeth hardening depth: Top 11mm to 13mm, Bottom 4mm to 6mm
